Little Glamour ♥♥♥

"It’s a new era in fashion - there are no rules. It’s all about the individual and personal style, wearing high-end, low-end, classic labels, and up-and-coming designers all together."
Alexander McQueen

Last night, I attended a wedding party invitation, my aunt's close friend's son, haha. I tried something new fashion. Yea, the theme is red rose and black, just simple. I got the mini dress from my cousine, she has given to me because she thought its too small ( thanks sista ). The rose hairclip is from somewhere in Atum Mall, Surabaya :)) I didnt use any makeup items anyway.

I wore them last night :D

Little about Basil Soda

Basil Sodaaaaaaaaaaa, he's one of my favorite fashion designer ! Talented, amaze, gorj !

First time I saw and knew him from Fashion TV chanel, his designs were so amazing and beautiful. Actually I was confused, how man can made the beautiful clothes for woman ? It's so impossible, but I know he's very great Fashion Designer that I know, he is my inspiration too.

Once inside, the store, basked in natural daylight, adorns a palette of grays. A play of mirrors diffracts all proportions projecting silhouettes, colorful dresses and architectural pieces outside their frames. A mise-en-abime where reflections ricochet, echo one another and duplicate space to infinity… Time stands still to allow each client a suspended moment with every dress.

During his near-perfect career, Basil Soda studies architecture, fashion design and hat making in Beirut before moving to the Arabian Peninsula – where he masters the art of embroidery – he then joins Elie Saab as foreman.

Throughout the years and whatever the country, Basil Soda has always felt at liberty to create. His unique expertise at hand, he establishes, in 2000, his very own brand and Fashion House. From his new sanctuary, Basil Soda talks openly of his love of architecture, from which he has borrowed fine-cut lines, a unity of
pace and pure volumes.
Architecture. A favorite subject and constant source of
inspiration.
Watching over every single Haute Couture creation pieced together in his new 800 m2 warehouse, Basil Soda creates each silhouette directly on the mannequin. Surrounded by his team, he converses daily with the matter, refines a cut, assists, confers… in a lair full of embroidery, shimmering crystals and colorful cutouts. Perfectionism as an art.

Some 300 models leave the workshop every year, not including those seen in Paris during the Couture fashion shows. In 2010, an accessory and a ready-to-wear collection will be launched. A way for the Basil Soda Fashion House to introduce itself into a whole new world: that of the dynamic working woman. Somewhat elusive, she braves the day as she tackles the night. A ‘From Day to Night’ collection.

Basil Soda

Basil Soda is awesome Fashion Designer, his clothes design are amazing too. And, some celebrities wore his designs at big events in world, like Katy Perry, Julianne Houge, Carrie Underwood, Keri Hilson, and many more.

Michelle Rodrigu

All celeb's gowns from Basil Soda's design are awesome, aren't they ?
Hahaha, maybe someday I can be more famous than him ( must !!!!!!!!!! )

And this is his masterpiece, I think. From all his designs, I fall in love with this night gown ! Maybe because I love the pattern and the colour combination. Oh my God, I really really love this gown, when can I wear this gown ? ._.

I really want to meet Basil Soda someday, interrogate him, investigate him about fashion, his designs, and many more. Maybe if only I had time to meet him, I would prepare 100 questions for him 1 week before I meet him. But Im sure, someday I'll be famous fashion designer like him, even I'll be more famous than him, maybe :pp

My Uniform, My Style

"I hate school, I just love my school life, my besties, classmates, and especially my uniform"
Mellisa Thendra

This isn't my true uniform, my true uniform is.... Yeah, I cant explain. I really hope my uniform will look like Korean or Japanese's uniform, but its so hopeless, Indonesia just have 2 season : sunny and rainy ( damn you, South Asia ), so we dont need winter uniform, or summer uniform. By the way this skirt is my old fashion item, it has suspender rope, and the jacket is old item too... Okay, this is a jacket, not a cardigan. I bought it when I was in elementary school at somewhere.

Like me in my class ? Hahaha

Behind the scence

the suspender skirt and the tie handmade, haha.
well, I made the tie from the suspender skirt.
